Meet our team

John F. Wiesel:
Fifty + years of experience in the construction industry, from apprentice electrician to senior estimator with extensive design build experience to Vice President of Sales, Estimating and Engineering for Electrical, Mechanical and Millwrighting. Also involved with a church organization for 30 years building and training across Canada, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh. Owner and President of Suderman Estimating Systems since 2002.

 

John M. Wiesel:
Twenty-five years in the construction industry, primarily in the electrical trade, with industrial, commercial, and residential experience. Developed from an apprentice into various office and management roles. Working with Toyota facility requirements, being part of the Calgary Lean community of practice and now applying these methodologies to relevant opportunities. Pride in sincerity, honesty, integrity and enjoy working on a team that shares the same values.

 

Dan Beresford:
A skilled educator with over 20 years of experience in training. Proficient in course development and process improvement, in a variety of industries from electrical estimating training, LED Lighting, Solar power and various sales rolls in the mortgage industry. Applying the knowledge, skills and discipline developed as an electrician while in the Royal Canadian Navy in all facets of life and work.
